Welcome to Lamps!
Important terms—including those limiting our liability, restricting your rights, and setting dispute resolution and governing law—are highlighted in bold or underlined. Please read this agreement carefully before using Lamps.
1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and SUDO PTE. LTD. and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Lamps mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1.2 The Lamps Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, notices, or policies published for specific features are incorporated into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept those additional rules.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, register for, access, or use the Services. By using the Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.4 We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by reasonable means, such as an in-app notice or website announcement. If you continue using the Services after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
1.5 You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Services complies with applicable law. If you are under 18, or under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2.1 Lamps is an AI game maker. Depending on product availability, the Services may include:
2.2 The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use within the official Lamps app and authorized channels, unless we expressly permit otherwise in writing. You may not separate, scrape, repackage, or redistribute the Services or any part of them through unauthorized means.
2.3 Download Lamps only from official app stores or channels we authorize. We are not responsible for problems caused by unofficial copies, unauthorized accounts, or modified clients.
2.4 We may release updates, beta features, or changes to the Services at any time. If you do not accept an update or change, some features may stop working. Using an updated version constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
2.5 “User” means anyone who accesses or uses the Services, whether or not registered. Some features require a registered account.
3.1 You may use some parts of the Services without registering, but features such as publishing content, commenting, messaging, saving favorites, or using AI creation tools may require sign-in.
3.2 You may register or sign in using supported methods such as phone number, email, Apple, Google, or Facebook, as made available in the app.
3.3 Your account is for your personal use only. You may not sell, rent, transfer, lend, or otherwise allow others to use your account. If we reasonably believe an account is being used by someone other than the authorized user, we may suspend or terminate the account.
3.4 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your account or by events outside our reasonable control.
3.5 You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. We may restrict access if information is false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.6 You may not register using another person’s identity without authorization, create multiple deceptive accounts, impersonate others, or use names, avatars, or profile content that violate law or our rules.
3.7 To improve distribution and visibility, you authorize us to display, reproduce, and distribute content you publish through the Services using your account profile information, subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
4.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
4.2 Unless permitted by law or our prior written consent, you must not:
4.3 AI and synthetic content. You must not use AI or other tools to create or distribute content that violates law or these Terms. If you publish or share AI-generated or materially altered content, you must not misrepresent it as wholly human-created where labeling or disclosure is required by law or platform rules. We may label, restrict, or remove AI-generated content and take action against accounts that misuse AI features.
4.4 We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements, with or without notice.
4.5 You are solely responsible for your conduct and content. If your conduct causes claims, losses, or expenses for us or others, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless to the extent permitted by law.
5.1 Our content. The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided by us, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license below, no rights are granted to you.
5.2 Your content. You retain ownership of content you create, upload, publish, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Content”), including games, prompts, posts, comments, images, audio, and video, to the extent you hold such rights.
5.3 License to us. By submitting, publishing, or making User Content available through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use User Content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and secure the Services and to enforce these Terms. This license continues for commercially reasonable backup, archival, and legal purposes even after you remove content, except where deletion is required by law.
5.4 You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that User Content does not violate law or third-party rights.
5.5 Restrictions on use of Service content. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, scrape, re-publish, sell, or exploit Service content or other users’ content except through features we expressly provide, such as in-app sharing.
6.1 AI-assisted creation tools may generate games, code, assets, text, or other outputs based on your prompts. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.
6.2 You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing, sharing, or relying on them. Do not use AI outputs in ways that violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
6.3 We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be unique, error-free, playable on all devices, or free from third-party claims. Ownership and usability of AI outputs may depend on input content, underlying models, and applicable law.
6.4 We may impose usage limits, safety filters, moderation, or feature restrictions on AI tools to protect users, comply with law, and maintain service quality.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, games, sign-in providers, or other services we do not control. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Lamps Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
9.1 Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our trademarks, logos, app name, or other brand features without our prior written consent.
9.2 If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient information for us to review the claim. We may remove or restrict content in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
9.3 You may authorize us to act on your behalf to address infringement of User Content you own, where we offer such assistance and you provide the necessary rights and information.
If we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law, we may take action including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal reporting. We are not liable for losses arising from enforcement actions taken in good faith.
If your account is restricted or terminated, you may contact us to appeal where appeal mechanisms are available. We may publicly disclose enforcement actions when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users.
11.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11.2 We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, or that any game, AI output, or user content will meet your expectations.
11.3 User Content and AI outputs reflect the views or creativity of users or automated systems, not necessarily ours. You rely on such content at your own risk.
11.4 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, device failures, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or government actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services.
Except where prohibited by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13.1 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, including specific features, AI models, or content availability.
13.2 If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, the Services or related assets may be transferred to a successor, subject to applicable law and notice where required.
13.3 We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect users or the platform.
13.4 Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. We may delete or anonymize account information as described in the Privacy Policy and required by law.
14.1 You may request account deletion in the app through Me → Settings → Account & Security or by contacting support.
14.2 Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion, you may lose access to your profile, published games, posts, messages, favorites, creation history, and any unused benefits linked to the account.
14.3 Before deleting your account, ensure it is in a safe state and that you understand the consequences described in the in-app deletion notice.
14.4 Deleting your account does not automatically eliminate all legal obligations or liabilities that arose before deletion.
If you are under 18, or under the age required in your jurisdiction, use the Services only with guardian consent and supervision.
We do not encourage minors to make purchases or engage in unsupervised online interactions. Guardians should help minors manage account registration, privacy settings, and online behavior.
If you publish content involving minors, you represent that you have obtained all necessary permissions from parents, guardians, or other rights holders.
We may revise these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we do, we will publish the updated Terms and update the effective date above. If you disagree with the revised Terms, stop using the Services.
17.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
17.2 Disputes. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
17.3 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
17.4 No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
17.5 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
